Great writing makes great websites

Ten years ago we called websites 'new media'. They are not new any more but they still need a new approach to writing. Website text needs to be even more concise than printed media because it's harder to read on screen and readers want answers fast. It also needs to contain the right words to help search engines find your site in the first place.

The principles of good website writing are simple but they need to be applied with discipline if they are to succeed.
